  • Programming with Turtle Graphics

    Students learn Python commands, functions, and control structures by drawing shapes on the screen and solving puzzles with Turtle Graphics.

  • Exploring Computing

    Students explore different technologies and the impact they have on our world.

  • Project: Using Technology to Solve Problems

    Students will explore the systematic selection and integration of hardware and software components that represent a powerful approach to problem-solving in today's technology-driven world. Whether it's optimizing crop yields, enhancing athletic performance, or creating intelligent home systems, the synergy between hardware and software enables us to improve efficiency and address challenges.

  • Exploring the Internet

    Students are introduced to network protocols and different strategies used to protect online information.

  • Exploring Digital Citizenship

    Students learn about Internet etiquette and how to stay safe on the world wide web.

  • Exploring Data and Spreadsheets

    Students synthesize all they've learned in this course to complete a project where they use a device to collect and analyze data to find an answer to a question they have.
