Project Description
What makes a joke funny? Do you think AI can be funny? These are the questions at the heart of this project. Students will evaluate some AI-generated jokes, and then they will try to prompt some of their own.
Ultimately, students will reflect on AI’s ability to generate humor:
- To what extent is AI capable of generating humor?
- Is AI better at certain types of humor than others?
- Do you think AI will ever be able to fully imitate a human’s level of humor?
