In this bootcamp, teachers will level up their Java programming skills with a fast-track Bootcamp-style course. Teachers will: level up their JavaScript programming skills with a fast-track Bootcamp-style course; work through and complete CodeHS Java lessons, activities, and projects; create programs and projects that employ foundational, object-oriented programming skills including objects, functions, controls, and top-down design; interpret common misunderstandings of novice coders and identify best practices to teach these concepts in their classrooms; demonstrate effective debugging strategies to guide their classes in identifying mistakes and correcting their work.
