Project Description
In this project, students will explore the connection between visual imagery, emotions, and poetry with the assistance of Google’s Say What You See project. This project aims to engage students in exploring how descriptive visual prompts and AI-generated images can inspire creative expression through poetry writing.
Throughout the project, students will:
- Gain an understanding of the role of imagery in poetry and its ability to evoke emotions and create vivid mental images.
- Learn about AI prompting and its significance in guiding creative expression and generating ideas.
- Engage in discussions and reflections on the importance and implications of AI prompting in the creative process.
- Utilize Google’s Say What You See project to explore a variety of AI-generated images, focusing on conveying emotions.
- Produce poems that effectively utilize imagery to convey emotions and create vivid mental images, demonstrating their understanding of the relationship between visual poetic expression and AI prompting.
