Correlation General

The strength of the relationship between numeric values. It determines whether or not independent and dependent variables have a relationship to one another. It is often represented as a numerical value from -1 to 1. A value of 1 means that the numeric values have a perfect positive correlation, and a -1 means that the values have a perfect negative correlation. A value of 0 means no correlation exists between values.
