“I’m looking forward to getting started with CodeHS once again this year. Out of my 13 students who wrote (AP) last year, I had 1 x 3, 5 x 4’s, and 7 x 5's! This is thanks, in no small part, to CodeHS and all that you and your crew do. With all of the uncertainty during last year, we were able to keep on a rigid schedule throughout the year. At one point in the spring, our school was shut down for a few weeks, but we were able to keep working with the help of CodeHS. Thank you!” — Bill Kingsland, Archbishop Carney Secondary in Canada

AP CSP Results at a Glance

Based on the CodeHS 2020–21 AP Survey results, teachers who used the CodeHS AP CSP curriculum reported a passing rate of 77.5%, with 45.7% of their students receiving a 4 or 5 on the exam. In comparison, based on data from the College Board, the overall national pass rate for AP CSP in 2021 was 67%, with 35% of all students receiving a 4 or 5 on the exam.
