Due Date Settings
Due Date settings allow teachers to assign Due Dates to any activity on CodeHS. Due Dates can be set at the activity, lesson, or module level. Once set, students will be able to see upcoming and overdue due dates from their student page.
If a student submits an activity after its due date, then a late flag will show up next to the submission in the Help Tab, Code Review Dashboard, and Submission Feed.
Teachers can use the Due Dates tool to customize and generate a course map based on the due dates they have set. This course map can be edited and updated throughout the school year, ensuring both teachers and students have access to the up-to-date course map.
Teachers can access the Due Date settings page from the top toolbar on their Class page. Students can access their assigned due dates from the "My Links" section at the top of the left sidebar on their student page.
