Submitting Code to College Board for the AP CSA Exam
Learn How To Submit Code for the AP Exam Using CodeHS
Are your students planning on using CodeHS to type and test their responses for the AP Computer Science A Test?
Students are able to write and run their code for the AP CSA Free Response Questions during the 2020 exam. Students may choose to use the CodeHS Sandbox to write their code and then submit their answers to the College Board.
There are two options for submitting code to College Board using CodeHS. Both of these options have been tested on the College Board site.
- Copy their code from CodeHS and paste into College Board’s website (which preserves formatting)
- Download their code as a .txt file from CodeHS and submit to College Board as an attachment
We also made a short video to walk through how you can submit your code for the AP test if students use CodeHS to prepare their answers. Learn more here.
