## **🗓️ Final Stretch: Review for May 15th**

The AP CSA exam is almost here: **Wednesday, May 15th** at 12pm local time! At this point, you should be taking some time to review test-taking strategies, especially strategies related to the free-response questions. Make sure students understand how these questions are scored and how they may be able to pick up some easy points even if they can't fully solve the problem.

Remember that the AP CSA exam is again completely digital this year. If you haven't already, be sure to read through [the College Board's resources](https://apcentral.collegeboard.org/exam-administration-ordering-scores/digital-ap-exams) about this process. Students have the opportunity to practice in a very similar digital environment through AP Classroom and the actual [Bluebook app](https://bluebook.collegeboard.org/students/practice).

Be sure to check out our [FRQ center](https://codehs.com/library/apcsa_frq_center) as well to help students get more practice with past FRQ questions, scoring rubrics, and the digital (non-runnable) setting.

## **💻 Keeping Students Engaged After the Exam**

May 15th will come and go quickly. Then what? It can be hard to keep students engaged after the AP exam, but some school districts may have six or more weeks remaining.

There are a few good options, depending on your timeframe:

- [Project Catalog](https://codehs.com/app/project_catalog?language=2) \- There are over 20 Java projects that are set up and ready to be assigned to your class. Many projects will take less than a week to complete.

- [College Board Labs](https://codehs.com/course/apcsalabs/overview) \- If students didn't have a chance to complete these before the exam, these are great applications of the topics they've learned throughout the year.

- [Introduction to Virtual Reality](https://codehs.com/course/introvr/overview) \- This course can be completed in 3 to 4 weeks and offers kids a great opportunity to be creative and explore an emerging technology.

- [Introduction to AI](https://codehs.com/course/hs-intro-ai-1-month/overview) \- Students will have a chance to explore key aspects of Artificial Intelligence, including machine learning, large language models, bias in models, and the impacts they have on our society.
